Pixel Talent is delighted to be working on a brand new role for one of the worlds most creative game studios. A game studio that is not afraid to take risks and try out new ideas, often the quirkier the better!
This is an ideal role for a seasoned producer with a strong track record that is looking for a step up and wants to own production of a game from concept right the way through to launch. They will be solely responsible for all production planning, tracking, budgeting and staffing plans; but will benefit from the guidance and mentorship of a very strong Head of Production.
It would be hugely beneficial for the candidate to have been through the full development life cycle at least once to understand the challenges.
To be successful in the role you will also need experience of leading people and be able to demonstrate ways in which you keep teams engaged, motivated and aligned. Communication and collaboration between teams is even more vital now that the studio is fully remote.
The role will also need someone with live games experience that is able to guide sustainable pace and priorities based on qualitative and quantitative input from the players and games teams. Exposure to working on multi-platform games is a big advantage; as is experience of working with new technologies.
The studio is made up of a diverse workforce, and encourages applications from anywhere in the world and will support visa applications and relocation.
The salary is very competitive, shares are awarded on joining and there is an extensive list of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, private medical, life insurance, pension and extended maternity/ paternity pay.
The studio trialled remote working last year with great success and is now able to offer full-time remote working to those that would like it. However, the London based studio remains open for ad-hoc meetings and hot desking.
